Unused Breastmilk. Impossible to Throw Away

Unused BreastmilkIn its value the breastmilk can be compared only with gold and perhaps even the gold is not as valuable as mother’s breastmilk. That is why it is no wonder that women feel so tender feelings to it.

For example, I know about a lady who has found lots of bottles with unused breastmilk in her frieze. They have been storing there for more than a year and a lady felt very sorry to throw them away. She could not do it for a rather long period but still the time has come.

Of course, how can a lady feel easy to throw a product away which is so important for children’s life, which is so demanded by lots of mothers who are lack of it? Moreover, these bottles are the part of a mother, as the breastmilk was created by lady’s organism and it is so much associated with the time of her baby being an infant. Even if a baby is already two years old, he is still older now than he has been before.

Nursing Bra Will Make Your Breastfeeding Easier

Nursing BraPerhaps almost all the ladies have some problems with bras while pregnancy and nursing periods. It is never easy to find a bra which will be suitable and comfortable for breasts full of milk. Here I have found one which can be of great help.

So, Medela Comfort Nursing Bra is specially designed for nursing mothers taking into account all the peculiarities of this delicate period of women’s life. This bra looks like sportive and can be easily used like a part of sport suit. But unlike usual sport bra this one has a special design to let the mother have easy nursing access. So, a lady can feel comfortable no matter either nursing in public or in private.

Among other advantages of this bra are:

Breastfeeding Laws. Laws of your State

Breastfeeding LawsEach breastfeeding mother should know the breastfeeding laws of the country or state she lives in. If to speak about the USA, the situation here is much more difficult than in all the other countries. As here you should know the breastfeeding laws of your state and the states you visit or plan to visit.

In general, the government of the USA tries to encourage babies’ breastfeeding and as a result makes breastfeeding laws protecting nursing mothers. Some of such breastfeeding laws which have been adopt not long along (in March 2010) said about the companies which had to provide special rooms for nursing mothers and to let breastfeeding mothers make special brakes for expressing milk whenever they felt need for it.

But, besides these breastfeeding laws, all the states have some peculiar laws for nursing mothers. Some of the states let the nursing mothers breastfeed their babies in public or any private place, and some others allow breastfeeding only at places belonging to the state, Georgia does not prohibit public breastfeeding as long as it is done discreetly; there are states which let the breastfeeding mothers not to have a jury duty; New York has a special Bill of Rights for breastfeeding mothers etc. I will not describe all the breastfeeding laws as you can find them here. I just wanted to say my point of view concerning it.

Stop Keeping to Diets. Breastfeeding Helps to Lose Weight

As all the girls I am very much disturbed about the spare tyre which I am getting with every day of my pregnancy and about the baby weight which I will have later. But, fortunately, my mother has brought me an article which I find very useful for all young mothers to know. So, information which I have learned in the article made me think differently about the spare tyre.

So, the article said that women who breastfed their babies easily run off excess fat even in many years after breastfeeding. I have found about the researches which were held by Study of Women's Health Across the Nation Heart Study. The result of their studies showed that women who had been breastfeeding their babies all the period had less problems with excess weight than all the other ladies: those who had not breastfed babies at all or those who had breastfed inconsistently. A stricken fact was that ladies who had not breastfed had 42% more belly fat than those who had never given birth to a child. One more fact is that the greater percent of extra weight a lady has the greater risk she has to get the heart diseases.

I think that these researches should be announced to all the women who care about their forms and health state now and in some years as well. This information shows how much the process of breastfeeding is important not only for child’s health but for mother’s as well. After reading this article I’ve stopped stinting myself in food as I know that constant breastfeeding will help me to return to my previous forms and to keep feet even when being 50 years old.
