Started to think about my breasts after breast feeding… While pregnancy my breasts have reached a great look, they are bigger and sexier now. I have never loved them so much. But I know and I have also heard a lot from my friends and mother that all this beauty will be gone after breast feeding, and the breast will look even worse than before pregnancy. So, I have decided to find some advices for keeping the breast in a good form after breast feeding. So, here are some advices which I have founded:
- The form of the breasts after breast feeding depends upon the variations of weight. So, it is recommended to keep your weight trim. Of course, a lady is constantly putting on some weight during the period of pregnancy, but such “putting on” should be gradual and in general not to be more than 8-10 kg for the whole period.
- The other thing which influences on the form of the breasts is weak and untrained muscles of your breasts, back and neck. To make the muscles be strong and fit, one just has to make some exercises everyday, or to go to some massage parlour and to have a muscle toning treatment there. The hydromassage of the breasts while taking a shower is also very helpful.
